Rare Insider Experience
Paul’s experience in Special Crimes allows him the unique ability to evaluate a case from the most technical legal and investigative perspective. As a Special Crimes prosecutor, Paul was privy to secret cutting edge techniques used by law enforcement to solve crimes. Through this experience, Paul realized that these techniques are not used on a daily basis and many times would prove a person innocent rather than guilty. Paul uses this to hold the government to its burden of proving its case beyond a reasonable doubt. The government must be reminded that an accused is presumed innocent and has no burden.
